Today Allison and Eva and I participated in one of our yearly family traditions. We went and got our Christmas tree from the local boy scout troop. I think it is important to support a group that is local. We also got our traditional family portrait in the lot from one of the guys working there. I should have brought my XShot with me.
We also started a new tradition thanks to an IZEA Insider opportunity. I can’t say much more about this until Tuesday but I can say it is a big deal. It is possibly an opportunity for you as well. Check back on Tuesday.
I took Eva on a merry go round today. Allison got a video and some nice pics.

Were you at the Solomon pond mall ? that carousel looks familiar. You know adult’s are allowed to ride on the horses also( I’ve seen it).I would love to see a little Christmas train like they used to have at Shoppers World or maybe some reindeer outside.

Lenny,
We were at the Emerald Square Mall. How long ago was there a little train at Shopper’s World? I’ve never seen one.
We always get a real tree too. This year my husband took my son to cut down our own. We live in the middle of nowhere and there are 2 Christmas tree farms within 20 minutes of us.
I love the photos, I wish I had thought to do that of them cutting it down. It was too cold though so my daughter (she’s 1) and I stayed home this year.
Merry Christmas Drew!

Merry Christmas Kim,
The yearly photo with the tree will become out tradition as long as I can help it/ My parents and sister and brother-in-law. go to a tree farm and pick out their tree each year. They have some great photos of them picking out the tree, which is usually 11 feet tall. (We have an old house with huge ceilings.)
All will enjoy on the Christmas eve by following their own style of traditions…Very cool looking pictures that i enjoyed here.

Thank you Sharon.
The photo of eva and you on the merry-go-round is really cute. I also really like the santa photos in the post after this. Great photos! You’re also one of the few in your Chapter in NokiaChronicles that’s posted photos. LOL keep up the great Christmas photos!
Eric,
I posted those photos on the Nokia site last week when I was messing around with the camera. The camera needs to be charged before I can post more. I don’t know about you but this whole experiment has been handled poorly, I know a site where you can display pictures every day , its called Flickr! Sheesh.
Glad you liked the photos above, my wife took them. I took the Santa ones though.
