I was at Target the other day and I found a mini LEGO set of Doctor Strange opening a portal with his Sling Ring. I like this little set because his cape is actually molded soft plastic rather than a cheap paper/fabric one. The little scene also makes it look like there is a city in the background. I like the fun micro build here that uses minimalist pieces to convey a larger scene.

I haven’t built a LEGO set in a while and last night on the way to work I stopped at Wal-Mart looking for some Hot Wheels Character cars but they did not have any new ones. I then looked at the LEGO sets and saw this cool Lamborghini. I would have liked it in red more like Sideswipe from Transformers but white is cool, too. That is more like Red Alert who is white and is the same style car as Sideswipe. It was fun to build this set. I think I’m going to have to go up to the attic and grab one of the Marvel sets I still have to build.
