Today Allison and I started the day with some bacon, egg and cheese English muffins that I made. They were very tasty. I felt like making breakfast this weekend so on Friday when I got home from my trip I stopped at the store and got the supplies needed. I also added to Allison’s reserves of Limeade. I opened up my copy of USA Today this morning and went right to the Life section and on the front page of that section was an article about the upcoming Transformers movie (98 days and counting). The writers had a very interesting take on the story of the Transformers. They compared the Autobots and Decepticons to knights. They compared Optimus Prime to King Arthur and that is a very good comparison. I don’t know why I never saw that parallel before. Some of my favorite books are those on Arthurian legend. When I was a kid I never thought of the Transformers in those terms because they were pretty much about getting energy. Continue reading Transformers Movie getting mainstream coverage….
