Tomorrow is the release day for Skylanders Trap Team. I’ll be there at Toys R Us at 8am ready to buy all new figures and traps and whatever else there will be. I’ve been waiting for this day since the release date was announced. Been to a bunch of events and have gotten some hands on time with the game but all of that was just a taste of what is to come. I have already gotten three of the same special trap from the various events I’ve attended and traded one of those traps with Sandy Crocs for this new figure, Nitro Krypt King. That means I don’t have to go to Target tomorrow in my Skylanders hunt. I’ll still go to see what they have on hand but I don’t have to buy anything since I’ll probably get all I’m looking for at Toys R Us because they have a buy one get one 50% deal.
Skylanders Trap Team is being released on Sunday October 5th. This is the fourth iteration of the Skylanders Franchise. There are over sixty new figures that will be released and also 40+ villains that can be trapped into Traptanium Crystals and so you are going to need a mess of those as well. This release will be pretty involved and you may have some questions regarding the release. I’m here to help you keep everything straight and not miss out on anything.
