Photo-A-Day #1851
On the way home I stopped up by the farms to take some photos of the horses however they didn’t come out that well and the horses did not cooperate. So, instead I looked to my right when I got out of my car at home and saw this beautiful red and yellow tulip. I love the red and yellow ones because they have very interesting designs. They sort of look like reverse flames.
| Allison and I have been going over our schedules like crazy because we’ve got a busy few months. Also conferences are coming up as well. I was asked to speak at Evo’10 Conference on a “Daddy Blogger” panel. That is coming up in Utah June 24-26. The next conference after that is Affiliate Summit East (Aff Link) in New York City August 15-17, 2010 which is preceded by Audience Conference August 14, 2010. I may be on panel with Murray Newlands, Kristopher B. Jones, President, Tim Jones, and Eric Schechter. The panel is called Bloggers Successfully Connecting with Audiences and Advertisers. We could really use some votes in order to make it in as one of the panels. |

Then in September I plan on attending M3: The Modern Media Man Summit September 9-11, 2010. I submitted a proposal for a session titled Dad as Digital Historian. I plan on talking about all the different ways that we can use technology to preserve our family history. And to round out my planned conference attendances I’ll be heading to BlogWorld and New Media Expo – October 14-16 at Mandalay Bay! (Aff Link) as well. I am looking to get on a panel for that as well, apparently there is a daddy blogger track there as well. This must be the Daddy Blogger year or something.
