We received two Razor scooters back in the Fall. I was able to get out with Andrew and have him play with the Razor Jr. Monster Kix Scooter, but I was unable to take Eva to play with the Razor Party Pop Kick scooter. We were able to get out and play right after Christmas, it was cold but the kids still had fun. Opinions of the scooters are 100% our own.
While the Party Pop Scooter is to big for Andrew, he still wanted to try out what his sister was using. Eventually he’ll get bigger and be able to use the scooter with no problem. But for the time being he’s going to stick with his Razor Jr. scooter.
Eva was very confident on her Party Pop Kick Scooter. It is the perfect height for her and and the deck is wider than her other Razor scooter. The deck is wider because it has lights in it. These lights pulsate and change colors and are activated with the touch of a button, also on the deck of the scooter.
It was a little bright out but you can see that there are a few lights there on the deck. The lights are blue and purple and yellow and look like a lit up dance floor. Even though it was light out Eva still enjoyed that the scooter lit up. Well be getting a lot more use out of it on early Spring and Summer nights on the back patio. We may even take it to the park one evening and enjoy the light and color show.
The Party Pop Kick Scooter is Exclusive at Toys R Us. It is not a collapsible or folding scooter. It stays fully assembled and ready to go.
We are certainly fans of the Razor scooters for the kids. They are learning balance and confidence as they scoot around the yard and at the park. How soon before it is Spring?

You can’t go wrong with Razor. My son taught me that lesson. Several years back, we bought him a cheap copy so he could ride with all his friends who had the Razor like all the others. He was a little embarrassed to begin with, because he didn’t have a Razor. Then it soon began to fall apart, and he was without a scooter, period. His replacement was a Razor.
