I’m 45 today. Time has flown by and I am all of 45 years old. I can not believe where the time has gone. But there is nothing like getting blood drawn for labs to remind you that you are 45. I did that this morning and then went to my Krav Maga class. Something I have been doing for a few months now so that I can stay physically fit and active and get more confident and stronger. It was a good class. They almost always are. Actually they always are but some are very tough and they remind me of how far I need to go.
After my class I picked up some new equipment thanks to a gift from my sister and her husband for my birthday. As if dinner and the hotel room at Foxwoods wasn’t enough of a gift for me. They also gave me money towards my classes or equipment at Krav. I need leg guards and boxing gloves so I got them and a bag and new shorts. So thanks guys, that came at the right time. This way they would not lose their Beyblade and we kept things pretty orderly. The kids came in got their popcorn and went to watch the movie. They were really good about watching it, too. We stopped it about 1/2 before it was over to do cake. Allison made a fantastic cake for the party. It was inspired by Sugar Rush from the first Ralph movie.
