DreamWorks Animation’s Voltron: Legendary Defender Season 7 is now on Netflix

Voltron Season 7 has landed on Netflix. There are 13 episodes in the season and I have 10 to go. We pick up after the events of Season 6 and the fight with Lotor. The Paladins and Voltron are in bad shape. The Castle of Lions is destroyed and everyone is on the run from new, and old, threats. This is an interesting season so far with some flashbacks to Keith and Shiro’s lives prior to becoming Paladins. There was a big old bomb dropped at the San Diego Comic Con about Shiro’s boyfriend, Adam. I’ve only seen a small bit from the flashback but I do hope to find out more about this relationship. I think it is a very interesting story arc for Shiro.

Voltron Season 7 Trailer Premiered at San Diego Comic-Con Panel

Today at the San Diego Comic-Con there was the Voltron panel. In the panel the team discussed the upcoming season seven of the show. They also debuted the Season 7 trailer. Season 7 will launch on Netflix on August 10th. I cannot wait for that. What I am super excited about is that the season will be 13 episodes!!! This is going to be amazing! So much will be happening this season, too. You can see hints in the trailer.

Voltron Legendary Defender Returns June 15th with 7 All New Episodes!!!

Voltron FaceOf all the shows on Netflix, Voltron is my ALL-TIME-FAVORITE!!! I love this show because it is awesome but also because I had the pleasure of visiting DreamWorks Animation to meet the creative team behind the series and I even got to meet my voice-over hero, Josh Keaton!! and we had a great conversation together. I also got to voice his character, Shiro in a little segment of the show! So, I am always excited when another season drops for this show. The Paladins of Voltron have come so far since the beginning of the series. Now things are getting more dire. The paladins have aligned themselves with Prince Lotor and that may prove to be a fatal mistake. You can watch the trailer here and tell me what you think below.

For the Glory of Merlin #Trollhunters Season 3 Has Arrived!

I have been eagerly awaiting the return of DreamWorks Trollhunters Part 3. This is the final season of the show that I have loved from the minute I watched the opening credits of the first episode. It is an incredible adventure that is for the whole family. There is great humor, courageous action and stunningly beautiful sets. When Season 2 came out I won a set of Trollhunters action figures from Funko through the Week99er website. I never opened them, until today. Here is my unboxing video.

I had fun with that one and tweeted it out, later in the afternoon I received a notification that the show’s creator, Guillermo del Toro, retweeted and liked my tweet. I was blown away!

I spent the morning watching the first six episodes and they are amazing!! I cannot wait to watch the rest and then re-watch the whole series with the kids.

A Voltron Valentine – Season 5 Trailer and Release Date!! #StreamTeam

Can Prince Lotor be trusted. He wants to bring down his father, Lord Zarok and mother, the witch, Haggar. Spoiled anything for you yet? I hope not. I hope that you have watched seasons 3 and 4 already because a lot has gone down to get us to this place. Zarkon is back and powerful once again. Prince Lotor wants to combine the might of his forces with those of the paladins of Voltron. But can he be trusted?

Watch the trailer below to see what is coming from this new exciting season of Voltron: Legendary Defender. The episodes drop on March 2. There will be six episodes. I really wish that there were going to be more. I want more Voltron because the story is so good, and the action is awesome! Check it out in the season 5 trailer below to see what I’m talking about.

Wasn’t that cool? I predict that there will be a tenuous truce between Lotor and the Voltron Coalition. They will work together for a bit, there will be trust issues, misunderstandings and accusations of nefarious behavior. However, I don’t think the truce will last as Lotor has ambitions that do not jibe with Team Voltron. We shall see.

Pidge and Matt

I know someone who is not a fan of Prince Lotor. Pidge will not trust him and will try everything that she can to dissuade the team from working with him. This may have to do with the initial disappearance of her brother Matt. I am glad that she has finally found him. I do love the backstory that we are exploring with the characters a bit at a time. Voltron is easily one of my top favorite shows that I have seen in a while. Season five looks to be really action packed, too.

Yes, those happy singing Trolls do love to hug, well maybe not Branch, but most of the other ones do. A new Trolls adventure has just begun on Netflix with Trolls: The Beat Goes On! The new series just premiered on Friday with six episodes. It picks up where the movie left off. The kids and I began watching it and it is funny. There are many original songs and lots of jokes. We would like to thank DreamWorks for the free DreamWorks Trolls: The Beat Goes On! Activity Set and Hasbro Toys.

Right before we headed to Great Wolf Lodge for three days I received a fun package from DreamWorks in advance of the upcoming series, Trolls: The Beat Goes On! which premieres on January 19th on Netflix. The kids adore Trolls and we have watched the movie a dozen or so times and then the holiday special was on heavy rotation during the holiday season, too. Now they are more excited than ever because this new show is going to be something that they are going to watch often. I’m pretty sure that Andrew will be quoting the show over and over again.

The activity kit that we were sent is really cute they had some activities like creating Trolls Hair, making Trolls garland and also a scrapbook. The kids love working on crafts. It gave Eva lots of ideas and she took the extra materials for her own future crafts. I am sure some will be Trolls inspired.

Our activity box also contained some fun Trolls toys from Hasbro. Andrew immediately wanted to open the Blind Bag. He loves doing Blind Bag openings. The rest of the toys were also nice. They have fun hairplay aspects to them. The kids enjoy that. Andrew loves the hair, he enjoyed the Trolls hair that was included and I liked wearing, like this photo. Dinotrux are Back and now they are Supercharged! #StreamTeam

A brand new Dinotrux series has begun, Dinotrux Supercharged debuted on Friday.

When I first learned about Dinotrux I was so excited. This is a cool combination of Dinosaurs and construction vehicles. It is such a cool concept and the designs of each character were excellent. I’ve enjoyed watching the show. Now there is a whole new series that continues the adventure of the past five seasons of the show. the new series is called Dinotrux Supercharged and you have to access it differently then Dinotrux, The show can be found on netflix at Dinotrux Supercharged.

In Dinotrux Supercharged , Ty, Revvit and the trux gang discover that supercharger bitbugs that can make the trux bigger and stronger have been released in the crater. The trux gang harness the bitbugs’ power and find themselves transformed into all new supercharged avatars – faster, better and more powerful than ever before. Tricked out with cool, new supercharged features, the trux can perform supersized building and rescues and join together to stand up to their nemesis – D-Structs to protect the crater from destruction. This all-new series will present our favorite Dinotrux characters with a never-seen-before faster, bigger, better and stronger look as they come together to show us the true meaning of friendship, unity and teamwork.

We have not kept up with each season of Dinotrux. We absolutely loved the first season and watched the second but then, while we still enjoyed the show, we got behind. Now, this all new series looks really interesting and I may have to go back and re-watch the series that came before it. I think this may be the first Netflix series that has been re-launched as a new series. I could be wrong, though. Here are a couple of clips from the show.

We received the Spirit: Riding Free Deluxe Feeding set for free to play with and review. Opinions of this toy are 100% our own. also, I am a member of the Netflix #StreamTeam and as such receive free Netflix and other products throughout the year.

I have never seen an episode of Spirit: Riding Free. Eva is the one who has watched it and she enjoyed the show. When the Spirit: Riding Free Deluxe Feeding Set arrived I asked her if she wanted to give it to a friend because they were a bigger fan of the show. she said that this toy, she’d like to keep. It looked like fun and she had liked watching that episode of Spirit: Riding Free on Netflix and will probably go back to it. She’ll also be more apt to want the Spirit: Riding Free The Adventure Begins Book because included in this set is the first few chapters of this book. If she reads it and gets hooked then she’ll probably want the whole book and want to go back to watching the series, too. Eva certainly liked the toy which you can see in the video below. Voltron: Legendary Defender has returned with another “mini” season. It is Season 4 and now the paladins are recruiting more people to fight against the Galra Empire. There are six new action packed episodes. In them we see conflict within the Voltron Team, changing rosters and a hunt for Prince Lotor. That is all within the first episode! I cannot wait to watch all the episodes with the kids.

Netflix sent me these great cards that are mini posters in support of the Voltron Coalition as part of the Netflix StreamTeam. I figured that these would be something that would be posted on fences and walls so I brought them outside for a little photo shoot. It went real well with my die-cast Voltron. Check out the trailer and then go watch the new season.
