Was going into Stop and Shop tonight to get some food for work. Saw this ugly pumpkin out front. Sort of liked it. If I was at all into zombies I would say that we should carve it up as a Jack-O-Lantern or something like that.

When I think of Fall I think of the funky gourds that are everywhere. I didn’t get a chance to get out and take photos around the house today but I stopped at Lambert’s Rainbow Fruit on the way to work tonight and snapped this photo.
I thought that I wouldn’t like the structure of a photo a day challenge as I’ve been doing a photo-a-day for over seven years. What I have found, though, is that it helps me when I’m not feeling particularly creative. So, as I rode along to work I thought of the different places I could stop and capture Fall. Fall really is all about the color orange, pumpkins and more. Pumpkin gets into everything during Fall and I love it. We buy weird looking gourds to decorate the house for no real reason but they look weird.
