Last Thursday I went to Red Robin with my friend Mike for a “Man Date”. This event came about because of a tongue and cheek post that I wrote back in 2008 about Mike and I going to Red Robin and then to the movies. Allison asked me how my “Man Date” was and because of that I looked up “Man Date” and found a great article in the New York Times defining the “rules” of a “Man Date.
Because of that post I was contacted by the PR firm for Red Robin and they offered for me and Mike to have “Man Date 2”, which we did Thursday night. And now I’ve got Red Robin Gift Cards to give to you! You can use them to try out any burger you’d like but I would certainly recommend the Prime chophouse Burger. Check out this deliciousness…

Back in 2008 I went to Red Robin with my friend Mike. I dubbed the evening the “Man Date”. A PR firm for Red Robin contacted me last month and asked me if I wanted to go back out again on another “Man Date”. I was asked to go in and try out the new Prime Chophouse Burger and document the good time we would have. They didn’t tell me to write only good but I just knew that I would have fun. A couple of weeks ago I was asked by Ellis Paul’s management if I’d like to sponsor a contest to promote his upcoming show at the Homegrown Coffee House in Needham, MA. Well, tonight was the show and Allison and I attended. There we met with the winner of my contest, Sarah, and her guest.
