Fight as the G1 Transformers in Transformers: Earth Wars

It is time to choose your side in TRANSFORMERS: EARTH WARS. In this new game you can side with the Autobots or the Decepticons. In the game you create a base for your faction and perform raids on the other faction. As you play through campaigns you earn more characters to fight for your side. The game is free to play but like all games now, you can pay to get things like crystals for better characters and more. I played for about a half an hour today and have a team that consists of Optimus Prime, Jetfire, Ironhide and Powerglide. I didn’t pay anything and will continue to play to earn more characters.You can learn more about the game from the trailer and also the press release below.

The Hasbro Cinematic Universe Names Top Writers

When I heard that Hasbro was going to be creating a cinematic universe for their toy properties, I was excited. I grew up watching M.A.S.K., G.I. Joe, Transformers and Visionaries. While it doesn’t look like Transformers will be part of this universe, oh man it really should, M.A.S.K., G.I. Joe and Visionaries along with Micronauts, and ROM will be. This gives a ton of possibilities for cross-property movies. So, will there be some establishing movies like a revamped G.I. Joe where at the end we get a post credits scene where Duke recruits his childhood friend Matt Trakker into a new division called the Mobile Armored Strike Kommand? Or maybe at the end of the M.A.S.K. movie Brad Turner crash lands in Condor through a portal to the world of visionaries and because of his hocus pocus mask he befriends the good visionaries.

I’m not a writer for these movies but I do have some fun ideas on how they could work together. It is going to be up to the newly announced sable of writers to weave these properties together into a coherent whole. I am looking forward to seeing it done. Read more about it below.
