I’ve been going to a Sports chiropractor for my shoulder and I have to ice that shoulder 3 times a day. So, I ordered some reusable ice packs that are somewhat flexible and small enough not to take up much room in the freezer. I have four of them so that I can put one on my lower back, two behind my head and one on my right shoulder. Three times a day is the goal. I do not think I’ve hit that goal, though. I do manage to get at least one in each day. Working on it.
My replacement Xero Shoes arrived the other day and I had to get back out there and break them in. My first pair of Xero Shoes were the Speed Force and I used them all Summer long. However, I got a hole in the tip of the left shoe and little rocks got in between the sole and the insole. That eventually gave me a massive blister. I stopped daily walks for about a week for it to heal up properly. Xero Shoes stands by their warranty, though. I was able to send the shoes back and get a replacement pair at 60% off. That’s fair, I have done a ton of walking in those shoes, way less than 5,000 miles. I just broke 750 since I got the fitbit.
It was nice to get back out on these shoes. I like the feel of them. I even got to break in the Xero Shoes boots that I bought for the winter from the early snow a little while back. I liked them so much I bought 4 pairs total and became an affiliate. So if you click the link below and buy some shoes you help us out. Thanks.
