Eva and I did a little reading tonight. We read through a book of kids songs. This is a Disney Sing along book that come with its own music player with over 16 songs. I sang all sixteen to Eva and then she wanted me to do it again.
The day or so after I get back from a vacation, especially one jam packed with activities like this past one I am always burnt out. Couple that with Eva waking up at 4:30am and insisting on sleeping with us, me oversleeping and missing my workout and barely making it to work on time, well, it makes for a tough day back. It makes it tougher when I get back and see that the project I was really looking forward to doing gets put on hold. Yeesh!
