Today was rainy so it was a perfect sleeping day. Allison took Eva and Andrew out for the morning and it was quiet and I slept really well until noon. I got up right as they got home and sometimes that is a really nice time because Allison will bring Andrew up and change him and then check on me. Those times when I am awake she’ll lay Andrew on the bed and I’ll scootch over to give him kisses and make him laugh. He’s such a smiley laughing kid and when you get him going it is infectious. The laughter spreads and then Eva comes in and tries to make him laugh too and she ends up laughing. Allison and I look at each other in these moments and realize we are damn lucky.
