Video Game Review: LEGO Friends

I was sent a copy of LEGO Friends for the Nintendo 3DS to play and review. Opinions of the game are 100% my own.

In our house we enjoy LEGO. We enjoy building from the LEGO sets and we enjoy the LEGO based video games. We’ve played the Batman 2, LEGO city Undercover and LEGO Marvel Super Heroes on the Wii and Wii U. I liked LEGO city so much I bought the 3DS game when it came out. Those games are great and fun but Eva wasn’t as interested in playing them. She liked building Super Hero LEGO sets with me but really enjoys the LEGO Friends line. Now she can enjoy the LEGO friends as a game on the Nintendo 3DS. Here’s a quick game overview.

Video Game Review: LEGO Marvel Super Heroes

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes

I received a copy of LEGO Marvel Super Heroes to try pout and review. I had already pre-orderd and bought the game myself because I was so excited for it to come out. Opinions about the game are 100% my own based on my game play.

When I learned that there was going to be a LEGO Marvel Super Heroes game coming to the Wii U I pre-ordered it. I couldn’t wait to play it. I had already bought all of the The Avengers play sets from LEGO and some of the Ultimate Spider Man ones as well. I like LEGO’s take on the Marvel Universe and was looking forward to seeing and playing this new game.

This game does not disappoint at all. Easily switching characters and using different abilities, playing multi-player, and so many fun Marvel people and places made into LEGO. There is so much to enjoy playing in this game. Continue reading Video Game Review: LEGO Marvel Super Heroes →
