Some of my friends got to see Lightning McQueen up close and personal at the Detroit Auto Show. They even got to learn more about the upcoming movie, Cars 3. I’m a bit jealous because I am really looking forward to this film. I loved the first Cars movie, was a bit turned off to the second one but think that there will be a return to greatness in the third installment. It already has captured my attention with that very first teaser video of McQueen’s horrible crash. What will happen after that? Maybe this extended look will answer some questions.
I got major goosebumps watching the teaser Trailer for Cars 3. It looks like the series is getting back to its roots and this time Lightening McQueen is going to face his toughest challenge ever. Everything Will Change.
My prediction for the movie is that after this accident McQueen will become a mentor to another racer. He’ll take on the role that Doc Hudson had in the first movie and at the same time will be fighting his own demons to recover.
An all new Cars Toon has been made available on Disney Movies Anywhere. I watched this with the kids. Eva and Andrew got a kick out of seeing this little short. Both of the kids enjoyed the movie Cars and seeing the characters back in Radiator Springs was nice. Enjoy this cute short for free at Disney Movies Anywhere.

We continue to work on our Disney Infinity collection. Today Eva and I went to Toys R Us to return the Wii U Starter Pack that we bought on Wednesday. We also had a second Davy Jones that needed to be exchanged. But before we did that we made two stops.
Stop number one was to the Disney Store. I wanted to see if they had Disney Infinity figures there because I had a Disney Store gift card. They did not have the figures in the store but you can order them in the store and they will ship it to your home for free. So, I ordered Mater and Francesco from the Disney Store.
The second stop was Target because they had the Lone Ranger playset on sale for 50% off. They were out of sets and there were no other figures to find so we went on over to Toys R Us. Continue reading Couldn’t Wait any Longer→
If you have been watching the Disney Infinity Facebook page or the Twitter feed then you know that they have been teasing a new Play Set for a little while. Today, Disney Interactive revealed that the fourth play set for Disney Infinity was Cars. With this new play set players can become Lightning McQueen, Mater, Holley Shiftwell and Francesco Bernoulli in a virtual Radiator Springs. This play set also adds a racing component to the overall game and that includes driving/racing mechanics and track pieces added to the Toy Box so that players can customize their own tracks. Players can also explore all over the city and tow all types of vehicles. The stunts look like a lot of fun and there is a no-holds-barred stunt park added with this play set.
