Andy has been hard at work planning and creating Allison’s birthday cake. He decided on a beehive theme. Tonight I took him to Michael’s so that we could get some yellow chocolate discs that he could melt and use to create the sides of the beehive. He also had some little sugar bee decorations to add to the cake and sliced up a strawberry to look like a flower. The sugar bees were stale but they are really only on there for decoration since no one actually eats those things. In the photo he is hard at work writing Happy Birthday, Mom on a large piece of yellow chocolate. The kid loves to create.
