Playtime in the Back Yard

Allison and I have been thinking of ways to make our back yard more of a play area for the kids. I suggested that we look into getting a play house. Well, she was at play group with Andrew the other day and he was hogging the play house. Allison mentioned that we wanted to buy one of those. Another mom heard her and asked if she wanted one. They were moving and so she just gave it to us.

I cleaned up an area in the back yard and then set up the play house. The kids were pretty excited about it. It is a few years old and is missing some parts so I went online and tracked down the parts and hardware. Once I receive those I will get it all cleaned up and ready for the kids.

A Skylanders Special Invitation

I received a very special invitation to go to New York and attend a press conference about the next Skylanders video game. The invitation is actually a video player that starts when you open the flap. The message starts out from Eon the floating head who helps Portal Masters and recruits Skylanders. Then it gets… interrupted.

The event is happening on April 23rd and I am pretty excited to find out what is next in store. I hope to be able to catch up with some of my other portal master friends.
