Hasbro sent me a Play-Doh Ice Cream Castle Playset for free to play with and review. The opinions are our own. This is part of my #PlayLikeHasbro series.
Andrew loves Play-Doh. He always wants to play with it. The Ice Cream Castle Playset is adorable. There are a couple of places where you can extrude the Play-Doh to make ice cream for little bowls and cones. You can also make your own waffle cones in Play-Doh. There are a ton of little spots where you can make little pieces to put on the ice cream and a sprinkle maker. That is very fun. Andrew enjoyed it very much.
The set also comes with a special couple of cans of Play-Doh that are confetti type. I’ve never seen them like that before and it is a fun type of Play-Doh.
I review Rogue One Using my Pops! Yesterday I got to go and see the new Rogue One: A Star Wars Story in Boston at a special Press Screening.
I loved the movie. This was something brand new that went along with something that we know and love. It is the untold story of how the Rebels got the plans for the Death Star. The people in this movie changed the course of history through their bravery. Think of it as sort of the Star Wars “Dirty Half-Dozen”. On the Team you Have Jyn Erso, a girl who lost her family and has been in hiding from the Empire throughout her life, she has ties to an extremist Rebel leader, Saw Gerrera. There is Captain Cassian Andor a tough soldier in the Rebel Army, he’s a specialist who does what needs to be done. There is also K-2SO a reprogrammed Imperial Droid who steals every scene with his sarcastic wit. Jyn Cassian and K-2SO go in search of Bodhi Rook a pilot for the Empire who is defecting. Along the way they meet up with Chirrut Imwe a blind martial arts master who is attuned to The Force and his long suffering best friend Baze Malbus a heavy arms expert. This unlikely team has to steal the plans for the Death Star.
The movie had so many great points, ground battles space battles and the best use of a Corellian Corvette ever!
