Today was The 57th Annual DANA Santa Parade and it was the first one that Eva got to participate in. She rode in a truck with some of her classmates from dance class. You should have seen how excited she was leading up tot he parade and her excitement was so visible on her face when we all ran across the street to take her photo. She was beaming from ear to ear as captured in today’s photo. Even with it being so cold and her sitting for a long time in the bed of a truck she was still very excited to be a part of the parade.
Occasionally I take a break from looking at screens to challenge my brain in other ways. I love brain teasers and figuring things out. Finding patterns and trying to solve problems is fun for me. I’ve gotten a few fun puzzle type games for my Christmas is for Kids Give it Forward Project. One of the games is called Turnstile and I am trying to go through all of the different puzzles for the game. I’ve done 30 out of 40 of them. I’m down to the expert ones and am now stuck. I’ll keep at it and try to get these last 10 expert puzzles completed. I like the game and will be posting a review on it this week.
I have a ton of reviews to do this week. This is not a bad thing. This is a great thing because it means that so many great companies sent me toys for Christmas is for kids. So, expect a bunch of great toys to appear on this blog in the coming week.
