Clue Master

ThinkFun provided us with a copy of the game Clue Master for free. Opinions of the game are 100% my own. This is a Logical Deduction Game. It is also a portable game because each of the challenges and the game board are self contained and magnetic. This is a perfect game for kids on long car rides to help challenge their minds.

Here is the description of the point of the game: Your goal: Help Tippy the dog return to his dog house! Young players use deductive reasoning to place Tippy’s chew bones, tennis balls, and food bowls in the correct order to unlock the secret door and send Tippy home. The more you play, the more deductive tricks and strategies you’ll learn as you reason logically from the clues you’re given! (Ages 8+) – available now!

The game is pretty straightforward. You have nine items to place on a grid to unlock Tippy’s doghouse. They are color codes and there are three of each item. You also have a book of challenges and you use it to solve the puzzle over and over. There are 40 different challenges that test kids on their logical deduction. I’ve played through a few of them and their are challenging and fun. Eva saw that I was taking it with me and she said that she wanted it tomorrow for a long car ride. It is the perfect game for that.
