I’ve been an IZEA Insider since January and one thing I am doing as an insider is recruiting members to my “I’m Not A Famous Blogger” Crew. Being a member of my crew lets me easily get in touch with you and you can get in touch with me if you have questions about IZEA and Social Spark. But that isn’t he best part by far. Members of my crew will be eligible for special “I’m Not A Famous Blogger” Crew only contests.

With the latest release of SocialSpark you can now choose your crew.

Joining the “I’m Not A Famous Blogger” Crew on Social Spark

1. Login to your Social Spark profile.
2. Along the top navigation on the right is “Account” hover over.
3. Choose “Manage Blogger Account.”
4. Click on Profile.
5. Scroll down and on the right side you will see #7. “Your IZEA Insiders Membership”.
6. Select “I’m Not A Famous Blogger”.
7. Click Save and Continue.

That’s it you’ve done it, you’ve made it official and you’re now a part of my crew, welcome aboard!

This is pretty timely since I just posted my 1st post about Blogs, Brews and Belly Laughs II: Laughing it up while raising money for Walking for 2nd Base! The response from people about the upcoming event has been amazing. People are really saying nice things about me. And that freaks me out a little.

Why should this “Freak You Out?”

Well, the thing is I’m not really doing anything except helping to put together an event that I’d have put together even without outside help. I just really like the comedy club and the people there and the more I can work on getting them exposure the better I feel. I figure if they do well then we’ll get some decent nightlife in North Attleboro and they are helping to save something that is dying across America, The Downtown, The Main Street, The Community. And then my friend Sue is awesome for walking in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, she and her team are the ones really doing things, making a difference. Me I’m a facilitator.

If you want people to speak well of you then try to make a difference. Speak well of others. If someone wrote a great post leave them a comment and let them know what you liked about the post.
