It was a quiet rainy day round these parts. We started with a nice family trip to church where we ran into some of my friends from college and their twin 8 week old babies. They were so cute. Today Allison, Eva and I went to the Coonamessett Farm with my sister Tara. Tara bought a membership to the farm with all the names of the family on it so we can go visit the farm whenever we’d like. Having a membership also means that we can pick our own vegetables and gather eggs from the farm’s chickens. Literally you go into the bar and there are little doors that you can open and reach in and gather the eggs from the chickens. And the eggs are still warm. That was such a cool thing to see Eva and the egg. She was very careful with it but just the same she did have Tara and Allison there for backup. Continue reading Off to the Coonamessett Farm
