I have no idea where today went. I spent most of the morning doing followup with many of the contacts I made at the Time to Play showcase. There were so many great people that I met and trying to get caught up on Follow up takes a long time. the thing is I write a personal note to each person that I made contact with and to write a personal note takes a good ten to twenty minutes. Tonight, Allison and I went and attended our first parent teacher night. We got to meet some other parents, talk with the teachers and learn some more about the school. I am so very happy that I have this new work schedule. I will have the opportunity to take Eva on Field Trips, go to special events and more. There are some very good parents and teachers in the school. We’re glad that Eva is there and look forward to the school year ahead.
Seeing her name on the floor in the classroom circle along with the names of her soon to be fast friends was so cute. I really think that Eva’s going to enjoy being at this school.
