Allison and Eva made mini cupcakes today. Eva helped Allison stir the batter which included homemade applesauce. They are chocolate cupcakes with butterscotch pudding and chocolate chip/cream cheese frosting. They are also tiny mini ones and Allison made a bunch. They are delicious.

Cupcakes are the rage and yes there are cupcake only stores and bakeries.
