Quiet day down home. Back to work after a long weekend and I wasn’t too wiped out. Although I went to go do my morning workout which has been the Couch to 5K program. I’m on Week 4 day 3. Except, my iPod was not charged and so I ended up walking half the track and running the other half. I did that three times and then walked the whole thing to cool down. Today Allison, Eva and I went to the Coonamessett Farm with my sister Tara. Tara bought a membership to the farm with all the names of the family on it so we can go visit the farm whenever we’d like. Having a membership also means that we can pick our own vegetables and gather eggs from the farm’s chickens. Literally you go into the bar and there are little doors that you can open and reach in and gather the eggs from the chickens. And the eggs are still warm.
