Eva turned four today, at 12:04pm. She knows this because when she woke up this morning she told Allison that she was still 3 and wanted to know when she would be four. When I came home and picked her up to take her out for birthday breakfast she told the waitress that today was her birthday and she would be four, she wasn’t four quite yet though. Review: Jem and the Holograms
Tomorrow Jem and the Holograms hit the shelves in two DVDs. There is the Season one DVD with all 26 season 1 episodes and then there is the Truly Outrageous complete series set of DVDs with all 65 of the episodes of the series. I was given the season one set to review and Eva and I watched a couple of episodes together.
Jem was one of those shows that came out around the time when the Transformers and G.I. Joe were on the air. In fact they were a Hasbro product and the creation of the series was a collaboration of Hasbro, Marvel productions and Sunbow, the same team that did Transformers and G.I. Joe. So, yeah, I watched it. I always had a thing for Jerrica Benton’s little sister Kimber, the redhead keyboardist and songwriter of the band, the Holograms.
