A while ago we received the game Rush Hour Shift. The kids and I play from time to time. Andrew has started really enjoying playing board games but he is very competitive and gets upset when he loses. We’re working on how he can be a gracious loser and also gracious winner. We played Rush Hour Shift this morning. When we play together now we keep our cards down so everyone can see. I help the kids with their strategy a little and I make it more teachable than a competition, as much as I can. The kids won the first game and I won the second. Then they beat me at the end. I liked how they worked together in the game. I had to give them some instruction but for the most part they beat me on their own. I’m very proud of that.

Talking Tom Bubble Shooter Releases Today
I’ve had a while to play with the Talking Tom Bubble Shooter game and it is pretty fun. There are many “bubble shooter” games out on the market including the Mars Pop Bubble Shooter. Talking Tom is a different experience. There is the head to head bubble shooting against people all over the world but there is also an adventure aspect where players journey through a theme park. Players can also collect stickers to help unlock other characters as well as different costumes for each character.
Another aspect of the game are power ups. These will help the player clear multiple bubbles at one time and give an edge over your opponent. Overall I did enjoy playing the game and there were many people online playing so I always had an opponent. There were plenty of ads that came up however. It seemed like more than enough of these. Even though I have the ability to make purchases locked down for the kids they still may tap ads without realizing it. There will most likely be an option for a small purchase to get rid of ads forever. I’d choose that just to stop them from popping up again.
