When the lights went out at home today I was in the basement searching for a Transformer to unbox. Then they came back on quickly and back off again. So we went early to the Spaghetti Supper fundraiser for Triboro Youth Theater. It was a bit sparse as far as people there but we had a great time. The kids were very well behaved even when I told them to take one dessert.
As far as today’s Transformer I was excited to find this other Sergeant Kup. The cool thing is that this was a Generations Kup instead of the Transformers Prime Sergeant Kup that I reviewed earlier this year. This one looks like Kup from 1986’s Transformers The Movie. The transformation is pretty simple and when all is said and done he is tall, looks cool in both vehicle and robot mode. Here is my full video below.
We received some great Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles toys including some T-Sprints and some Half Shell Heroes Dino Riders. I also bought some Series 3 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Minimates. Opinions are 100% my own.
The kids and I opened the Half Shell Heroes first. These are dino riders from the special that was on Nickelodeon a couple months ago. We received a couple of the two packs a while ago of the turtles and some little dinosaurs. I had thought at the time that the turtles really needed some bigger dinosaurs and now we have them. They are great. Each dinosaur is large enough for a turtle to ride. The stegosaurus is one of my favorite dinosaurs right behind the T-Rex. Actually they are all great. I’d like to see a dino rider with Leonardo, too. You can see what the kids thought of the toys in the video below.
