Well, today Hurricane Irene hit Southern New England. She hit a little before I left work this morning. About ten minutes before we left for the day the rain started hitting the windows sideways. I drove home and was blown all around the road, well, not that much but it was deserted on the roads as I drove home. Continue reading Come on! Irene!

The ice in the area has been crazy. Our entire Wisteria plant is completely encased in the ice. I saw this first thing this morning and took a few photos but didn’t like how they came out. So, once I got home I set my camera to Snow Mode and tried again. I moved around some more and this time got onto the porch and looked at things from another perspective and I liked what I found.
