there are moments of sweetness that come while watching the kids. After dinner tonight Eva had some ice cream in a mug. When I came into the dining room Eva was on the floor sitting next to Andrew in his bouncy seat. She wanted to eat her ice cream and talk to her little brother. Such a moment of sweetness to behold.
Ever since we switched out the iPod for the iPod Touch in Eva’s room we’ve gotten a bit more sleep. That is because she will take her iPod off the player when she wakes up and play with some of the games on the iPod Touch. I took my old iPod Touch and loaded up a bunch of kids games and stories onto it. Eva loves it. She even let us sleep past seven for the first time in a long time. This is great seeing as she’s been waking us up at 6 each morning for so long.
Andrew’s continues to grow like crazy and he’s such a smiler. I love getting him to smile and coo. He giggles and gurgles and laughs so much. I just love that toothless little smile.
