Voltron Season 3 Teaser Trailer #StreamTeam

Black Lion

Straight from San Diego Comic-Con the team behind Voltron: Legendary Defender has released the teaser trailer for Season 3. This is a minute and 35 second teaser you have the introduction of a new villain, Prince Lotor who will be voiced by AJ Locasio (Back to the Future: The Game, Marty McFly). We also have the paladins and Princess Alura considering a new pilot for the Black Lion because Shiro has disappeared after Zarkon’s defeat. Without the Black Lion there can not be a Voltron. By the end of the trailer we see the Black Lion come to life again. But who is the pilot? We will have to wait until August 4th to binge on this amazing show.

I for one love the show and would have loved to have been at Comic-con to see the panel for the sneak peek screening that was followed by an in-depth discussion of the upcoming season with executive producer Joaquim Dos Santos, co-executive producer Lauren Montgomery, Bex Taylor-Klaus (voice of Pidge), Tyler Labine (voice of Hunk) and panel moderator Kyle Anderson, Associate Editor of Nerdist.

what I am bummed out about is that there will only be seven episodes in Season 3 on august 4th and then six more on October 4th for a Season 4. I definitely want more Voltron than that, but I know that I’m going to enjoy what comes. I just hope that we see Shiro again. I love the character and the voice actor, Josh Keaton.

Prince Lotor

Who will be the new pilot of the Black Lion? How many episodes in will we have to wait for that information? I hope not too long.

If you are not caught up on Voltron Legendary Defender then head to Netflix because seasons 1 and 2 are there for the bingeing. And, while you are at it, check out the creator’s and actor’s favorite classic episodes in Voltron 1984, also on Netflix.

DreamWorks Dragons Race to the Edge Season 4 is On Netflix This Friday!

Dragons Race to the Edge

I have to admit, I got way behind on Dragon Riders: Race to the Edge. I love the How To Train Your Dragon Series very much. It is something really funny and emotional that resonated with me. I watched all of the first season and most of the second a couple of the third but I think I should go back to the beginning and watch How To Train Your Dragon 1 and then Dragon Riders: Race to the Edge and then How To Train Your Dragon 2 in preparation for the upcoming How To Train Your Dragon 3. I want to see where the story goes. I also think that the kids and I should start reading How to Train Your Dragon book series. We made it to number 11 but never read the final chapter. That was something that Eva and I really enjoyed together. Now we could bring Andrew into it as well.
