When I first saw images of Transformers Prime I was not that impressed. I didn’t like the overall character designs for the Transformer’s movies and so seeing a cartoon about Transformers with characters that had a similar look and feel I was nervous. I was nervous but I would be watching the show the minute it aired. I was so excited to see the show and when I saw these characters in motion I was blown away. The story was fantastic, the characters were awesome and I even liked how they made use of human characters. I’m a G1 fan from back in 1984 and this series is one of the best I’ve ever gotten to watch. The team behind Transformers Prime got it so right. The other night we watched The Littlest Angel as a family. This was an adorable little story about a Little Angel who ends up in Heaven a little too soon. He is homesick for the life he had before and wants to return to Earth to get a box of treasures that he had hidden in his home. The poor little guy is just so homesick that he keeps messing up in Angel academy and ends up on the wrong side of his teacher Angel Alvin.
The movie was cute and based on the beloved classic of the fifteenth best-selling children’s book of all time. The story is a very cute one and teaches a valuable lesson. Eva enjoyed it very much. We enjoyed it as a family movie and will watch it again for the holidays. I love sharing cute movies with good messages with Eva. She’s such a sensitive little soul and I want to show her movies that she can both enjoy and learn something from. I don’t want to give anything away about the story because I loved it and had never heard it before so the ending was touching.
