We absolutely love Anki Overdrive. It is a great merging of physical technology and video games. The Anki Overdrive App does some great things like upgrade the vehicles with better defenses, speed and also weapons. The cars travel the track and know exactly where they need to go. Well, there is a brand new upgrade that can clear out all upgrades to the cars and balance them out and makes a level playing field. There is also another option for One Shot. With One Shot the drivers each have a golden gun that will disable other players with one single shot. You can check out all the information in the Press release below, after the infographic on everything that Anki players have accomplished since launch. The amount of track combinations is staggering.
This month’s Loot Crate arrived today. I receive it each month to unbox and review. Opinions are always my own. This month’s Loot Crate has the theme of Versus. It makes sense with Batman V. Superman coming out in a couple of days. The crate includes items from Alien V. Predator, Daredevil/Punisher as well as an exclusive Harley Quinn comic book. The tshirt this month is one of Spock V. Evil Spock. There is also a special downloadable game and the Loot Pin this month lets you get a downloadable movie from Vudu, I think it is Predator or Alien. My favorite item from the crate is the reversible Daredevil/Punisher hat. I love that hat. I’m not as much a fan of the tshirt. You can see all of the items from the crate in the video below.
