I’ve been picking up Hot Wheels Hot Trucks for a while now. Trucks are some of my favorite vehicles and I’ve decided that I’m going to try and pick up whatever Hot Wheels trucks I can. There is a set that is specifically called HW Hot Trucks. There are 10 of them in the set but there are multiple versions of a few of them so far. I’ve gotten all 10 of at least one version. I even found some from 2013 that are not officially part of this set but are the same style car, just different colors. There are at least three more of them that I know of but haven’t found quite yet.
When I was growing up and Voltron was on TV there was no Cable TV, or if there was we did not have it at that time. So we had the channels that were available through the antenna or rabbit ears on the TV. Yes, I can recall a time when I had a TV there you had to turn a dial to change the channel and had to adjust the antenna to get your favorite channels. I also remember a time when different towns got different channels. This was the case with Fox 25 and Channel 64. I forget which one had Voltron but it was not the one that we got. It was the one that my cousins had and I only saw Voltron when I would go to their house.
So, while I never got into Voltron I knew about it and enjoyed what I saw. It also means that I’m pretty excited for this new series. I’m also excited for the voice cast, especially Josh Keaton. I’ve enjoyed him in so much like Transformers Prime and he’s the voice of Spyro from Skylanders.
