PBS Annual Meeting 2015 – Day 1

Today I traveled to Austin for the PBS Annual meeting as part of the PBS Kids V.I.P.(Very Involved Parent) Program. This is my fourth time attending the annual meeting and my first time to Austin. I was pretty excited to get to Austin and check it out. I hear such good things about it every year from people who go to SXSW. I haven’t seen any of the famous food trucks though. Not that I need to (because we are eating really well) but it would be cool to check them out.

Soar with Reading

Did your child do some summer reading? How about some trips and travel? JetBlue and PBS Kids have a joint venture called Soar with Reading – Let Your Imagination Take Flight. This is a literacy program that is free for parents and kids to use to help raise readers.
